Returns
We will be happy to accept returns within 30 days of receiving your Gus Sloan Item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Worn or washed items will not be accepted as a return.

To complete your return, please email hello@gussloan.com.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The payment takes a few days to process.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We realize sizing can be tricky and want to ensure your Items fits comfortably. If you would like to exchange for a different size, send us an email at hello@gussloan.com and send your item to: Gus Sloan, 170 Georgian Way, Sherwood Park AB T8A 2W6, Canada.

Shipping
At this time, we are unable to arrange return shipping which means you will be responsible for shipping your return or exchange back to us. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
